We are super excited to pour these beans in the grinder every day! Locally roasted every week for us, this coffee is grown on a second generation, award-winning, family-owned plantation in La Florida, Columbia. We are very proud to be supporting a small family owned, organic, direct trade plantation. This plantation is at an altitude of 5600 feet above sea level resulting in slow growing beans with complex flavors.  It undergoes a 36 hour fermentation process and is fully washed to produce a clear, sweet , complex coffee. We hope you love it as much as we do!

There is always something brewing at Dara's and there is no better way to get to know our customers than to meet them over a steaming cup of coffee! We offer only the finest beans, selected from around the world, and small batch roasted in Edmonton to create our signature coffees. We are committed to the art and science of brewing the perfect cup of coffee and expertly blending espresso charged lattés.

We are proudly trained in Vancouver at the Canadian Barista and Coffee Academy. Carefully handcrafted espresso, latté, flavored lattés, Americanos and more, all made with our special espresso blend.

All of our coffees can be made with milk, almond milk, coconut milk and oat milk. If you would like an iced coffee, we would be happy to prepare it on the rocks.

We purchase teas only from companies who deal with partners and suppliers who are dedicated to stewardship of the environment, sustainable farming, social equity, commitment to education for worker’s families and ethical, compliant and food safe business practices.
